Non-Medical Prescribing

All Non-Medical Prescribers (NMPs) must inform the ICB when they join or leave a GP practice or their details change by completing the relevant NHSBSA form https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/sicbls-icbs-and-other-providers/organisation-and-prescriber-changes/sub-icb-locations and sample signature form (more details can be found in the 'Registration of NMPs' document below).  Both forms should be emailed by a senior member of the practice to nnicb-nn.nmpregistration@nhs.net

If NMP prescribing data is required a NMP data request form should be completed (this requires a digital signature in order for it to be processed - see page 2 of the form for information on who can request the data).  The data request form should be returned to nnicb-nn.prescribinganalysts@nhs.net
